With reference to the report conveyed in your letter of the 26th of December last to the effect that the Boat which was forfeited to the Crown in accordance with the Governor's decision on Case No:604 (Chief Magistrate's Department) is not suitable for any public purpose; His Excellency is pleased to direct you to cause it to be sold by Public Auction and pay the proceeds into the Government Treasury, as you did in the case of the two Gun Boats.
